DELIVERY SCHEDULE – TIME AND ACTION CALENDAR:

After order completion; Normal delivery time is within 2-3 days and for international shipments 4-5. In case of any special events or urgent delivery requests, please contact our Customer Services team ideally before completing your order. These are estimated time frames and if there is any delay in order fulfillment.

Our team members will keep you posted accordingly. Ones the order is shipped, you will receive an intimation email and SMS from us with the delivery tracking number. Shipping charges and total amount would be advised to you ones you complete your purchase.

PACKAGE RECEIPTS:

Package must not be opened unless full payment is made to the delivery representative. In case of violation of this policy; product and your order will not be eligible for any Exchange or Refund.

If you find that package is already open then please do not accept the delivery and make no payment to delivery agent.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS:

It is recommended that order should be received by the customer at the confirmed delivery address only. Delivery Agent would only deliver parcel after verifying proof of identity, your given address to you or any family member after payment. Payment made through Credit Card would only be verified by given address only.

Our delivery agents and designated courier companies; will try to deliver products to the registered delivery address. It is customer’s responsibility to be available or authorize some other representative to collect & pay on their behalf.

In case of product receipt by any person other than the registered customer, will invalidate any request for exchange or refund of those products.

ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS:

We attempt to deliver all orders at the registered delivery address. In case of any change of delivery address, in most case, we will be happy to accommodate your alternate delivery request.
