A: We usually display all products on Website and Catalogue is for Impoters , Fanchise and Wholesellers as it carries Company Legal Corporate Affairs.
Q: Do you offer wholesale ?

Q: Do your prices are with GST inclusive ?
A: Yes all our product shown on website are with GST % Included.
Q: Are your products manufactured ethically ?
A: MLS – products , which we manufacturer or source from any part of the world strictly comply International Standards of Labor Compliance , practice , quality , reliability and sustainability.
Q: When will my order be dispatched?
A: If we receive any order before 1300 hrs PST time – Our priority is to despatch on the same working day. Any orders received after 1300 hrs PST, it would be despatched the next working day.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Its all depend upon the delivery option you have selected for delivery – In Pakistan , Standard delivery time is 4-5 normal working day and Express Delivery time is normaly 1-2 days time .International delivery time is normally 5-7 working days.
Q: What will happen if I’m not in when you deliver my parcel?
A: The Courier will drop a card at your place informing that delivery has been attempted. The card also shows various option to adopt , how to collect , contact or next day delivery attempt options.
Q: Can I pick up my order directly from your office?
A: All placed orders despatched from the warehouse directly and office does not deal any pick up parcel option as well.
Q: Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
A: The delivery will always be made on the address you have mentioned and in return they need counter signature or verifcation of delivery to the right person along with delivery receipt.
Q: Can someone else sign for my delivery?
A: Yes , if it is delivered on the given address, Any one can sign on delivery receipt on your behalf.
Q: Do you deliver to P.O. Box addresses?
A: Sorry, This service is not possible at our end due to technical and lost of goods issues.
Q: As as international customer, do I have pay import charges?
A: We truly believe to follow the law of land ,if the custom authority placed any import , custom duty etc. It would be beyond our jurisdiction and we strongly recommend to pay as it comes to the concern authority and keep the receipt in your records.

A: Certainly it is possible if your orders status is showing PROCESSING.You can cancel the order any time and If it is showing despatched or with delivery guy – you can simply return or exchange it after completing the Return / Exchange Form.
