Return/Exchange Policy


You can return or exchange your order within 15 days of receiving them. Altered or washed items are not acceptable. Inspection of returned items can take up to 5 business days.

Return Policy is applicable for Pakistan Customers only and soon it will be available for all international customers. In order to avoid any misuse of above policy; we reserve the right to reject any return/exchange claim.

Return will only be accepted if the product is unused and returned in its original packing. (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). An invoice slip is Mandatory for return. You can Whatsapp us for a Return within 30 working days (Courier charges for return will be borne by the customer).

Returns sent from international addresses take up to 5 weeks to process after the package is mailed. The credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements.  We cannot refund tax and duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise.


First of all – our main objective is to satisfy our valued Customers on their original first purchase. However, we understand and acknowledge that there may be some issues which our customer might not like. Although we regret on such cases but We would be happy to achieve your satisfaction and fix the problem as soon as possible. In case if product exchange is not possible then we would like to contact you for necessary alternate procedures.


Please note that in order to be eligible for any exchange or refund; we strongly advise you to consider following:

  • Notify us via email, text message or by phone call to our authorized customers services representative in the Head office contact details.
  • Inform us about the nature of problem, send us photo of any defect (if possible). Indicate the reason for return the merchandise back on the Original Invoice, Receipt of Purchase.
  • Keep the product undamaged, unaltered and don’t remove any price tag, barcode or any other product or sale instruction.
  • Complete all above procedures within 3 days of the product receipt (including weekends, Bank or national holidays).

In case of any damage by the courier company; please don’t accept the order and refuse to accept it and inform us of the situation.


If you do not like the product and want your money back you can Whatsapp within 15 working days, Our representative will call you and after that, we will collect the product from your place (if service is available in your location) and Transfer your money in your Bank account OR Easy paisa/Jazz cash account, Return will only be accepted if the product is unused in its original packing (PLEASE DON’T REMOVE THE TAG). You will receive 70% of your invoice amount back. Your payment will only be processed if the product is not damaged or used. It will take 10 days to process your refund. (Bank charges for refund/cashback will be borne by the customer).
