We want you to be completely satisfied with your Markhor Lifestyle purchase. If you are not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items and customised products are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us first to check availability before sending your item back.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at markhorlifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will confirm eligibility and provide the return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or store credit for COD orders).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
