First of all – our main objective is to satisfy our valued Customers on their original first purchase. However, we understand and acknowledge that there may be some issues which our customer might not like. Although we regret on such cases but We would be happy to achieve your satisfaction and fix the problem as soon as possible. In case if product exchange is not possible then we would like to contact you for necessary alternate procedures.
Please note that in order to be eligible for any exchange or refund; we strongly advise you to consider following.
- Notify us via email, text message or by phone call to our authorized customers services representative in the Head office contact details.
- Inform us about the nature of problem, send us photo of any defect (if possible). Indicate the reason for return the merchandise back on the Original Invoice, Receipt of Purchase.
- Keep the product undamaged, unaltered and don’t remove any price tag, barcode or any other product or sale instruction
- Complete all above procedures within 3 days of the product receipt (including weekends, Bank or national holidays)
In case of any damage by the courier company; please don’t accept the order and refuse to accept it and inform us of the situation.
